This Payment & Refund Policy governs all transactions made through poshthrwks.com, operated by Possum Hollow Threadworks, located at 5026 N Possum Hollow Rd, Attica, IN 47918-8211, USA. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure online payment gateways. All payments are processed securely and in compliance with applicable U.S. financial and data protection laws.

Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Orders will not begin production until payment is confirmed.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include your design details, selected sizes, quantities, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines. Please review the order summary carefully and notify us within 24 hours if any corrections are needed.

Production & Shipping

All shirts are custom printed to order. Standard production times range between 5–10 business days. Shipping times vary based on location, but standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after production. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect customer-provided addresses.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet started. After this period, orders are considered final and non-cancellable due to the customized nature of the product.

Refund Policy

Because our products are made-to-order, **all sales are final**. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds or replacements may be granted in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product (incorrect size, color, or design)
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • There was a printing error caused by us, not the design submitted by the customer

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a corrected reprint or refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations
  • Errors in the design submitted by the customer (e.g., typos, low-resolution images)
  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences or fabric absorption
  • Wrong size ordered (size charts are provided; customer responsibility to verify)
  • Custom products returned without prior approval
